You’ve been directed to us by the National Dashboard System because you have matched to a pension administered by Isio, on behalf of your current or previous employer.
Based on the level of detail you provided to the dashboard search service – you will have been told that you are either a Full or a Possible Match.
Full Match
If you are a Full match you should have all the details you need to register for our online portal – please Login to start this process with your Membership reference number which will be on all correspondence we have sent you. If you cannot find your Membership reference number you can request a reminder.
Possible Match
If you are a Possible match there was not enough information to link you to a pension record, and we should investigate why that is.
To help with this process please ensure that you have confirmed all of your information in the National Dashboard search service including:
- National Insurance number
- Date of Birth
- Address details
- Full Name
After entering all these details, you can carry out another search in the dashboard search service. This should help you fully link to the correct pension record.
If you have completed all these details and are still receiving a Possible match result please contact us to ask us to investigate the Possible match.

Dashboard FAQs
Which dashboard should I use?
All dashboards must be licenced by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and adhere to their standards ensuring data security and consistency of information presented to users. So whichever dashboard you use all the figures and information will be the same.
The Money and Pensions Service has created a dashboard but there are other dashboards available.
My pension figures are not showing?
In some circumstances your pension figures may not appear on the dashboard:
- The values shown will have been calculated within the last 12-13 months. In some cases your may have to wait up to 10 days for a calculation to be made.
- Pension schemes with less than 100 remaining members do not need to provide data to the dashboard and will not be shown.
- If your pension is in payment, it will not be shown on the dashboard.
How is my Normal Retirement Age calculated?
Your Normal Retirement Age (NRA) can vary between schemes and can be different from your State Pension Age (SPA). You should refer to the individual scheme for details of how your NRA is calculated.
What happens when I retire?
Any plans you have retired from will no longer appear on the dashboard, you need to take this into account if you are using the dashboard for planning.
What about private pensions, will they show in dashboard?
Both will show on the dashboard. However, if they are with different providers you will need to contact them separately to update your details or take any actions.
What if I have more than one pension with my current employer?
Both will show on the dashboard. However, if they are with different providers you will need to contact them separately to update your details or take any actions.
Do the figures take into account any pension sharing orders?
The figures on the dashboard do not take into account any pension sharing orders you might have.
How do I find my National Insurance number?
You can find your National Insurance number on a document you already have, for example a P60, payslip or letters about benefits. If you do not have one of these you can use the governments online service to find your National Insurance number.
Is my data safe on a dashboard?
All dashboards must meet strict standards in order to access your data, these standards are created and enforced by the Pensions Dashboards Programme (PDP). The PDP is also in charge of creating the main digital system for pensions dashboards.
