Top-up payments

You will have received a letter from us (Isio) because our records show you were previously a member of the Cancer Research UK Pension Scheme and are now owed a top-up payment.

Depending on your circumstances we will have asked you to complete one of two forms:

1. Bank details

If your letter confirms the top-up payment you are due please use the bank details form to tell us where you would like us to make payment.

2. Verification needed

If we’ve asked you to complete a verification form, this is to confirm your identity as your current address differs from our records.
